10 News WTSP Interview With Legal Defense Expert Michael Kessler

South Florida – On Thursday, after 7 years Bartley Joseph Jude Gorman was arrested in Polk County. He is accused of being the driver who crashed his pickup truck into an SUV in Broward County, causing a fatal drowning. Gorman has been on the run since 2011.

Why 7 years?

“If we had charged him that night, we would not have the benefit of all the evidence to have a thorough case that can ensure prosecution,” Sgt. Gaskins said.
